Job Description:
The Lead HVAC Installer is responsible for overseeing and executing the installation of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential and commercial settings. This role includes leading a team of installers, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and delivering high-quality workmanship while providing excellent customer service
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Installation, maintenance, repair of refrigeration, heating and air conditioning systems
- Insure the efficient use of materials and maintain adequate stock of necessary equipment
- Collect payment and/or payment information from customers for work performed
- Keep company vehicle and equipment properly serviced, clean, and in good working order and condition
- Complete invoices, daily route sheets, and weekly reports as required
- Perform other duties as needed which may include cross-training in fun positions!
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to lift up to 60lbs.
- Professional appearance which include a Positive Can Do Attitude
- Experienced Residential HVAC and Refrigeration knowledge
- Valid state driver's license and clean driving record
- Background check
- Drug test
- Be a SUPERSTAR (yourself)!!
- Must be EPA Certified
Pay:
$18.00-$28.00 per hour
